Our founding lawyer, Harinder Singh Gahir, has a unique background and skill set as a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator and entrepreneur. This experience helps him recognize and strategize potential pitfalls before they occur.
Having served as an adjudicator for the provincial and federal tribunals, Harinder has the vision to resolve conflicts without the intervention.
Our associate, Paljinder S Mahaar is a lawyer practicing personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, and immigration law. He has a special interest in personal injury matters, including statutory accident benefits, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, long-term disability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability. In addition, Paljinder also practices other areas of law, including disputes involving life insurance policies and critical illness policies, wills and estate, family law, professional negligence and administrative law.
Paljinder was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2010. After his call to Bar Paljinder worked in a boutique Personal Injury law firm in Toronto, where he also completed his articling. Before joining Gahir & Associates, Paljinder practiced personal injury law in Mississauga.
